cant access via FTP

   i can't login ftp too.host address is ftp.webzdarma.cz?but i meet control connection close this problem who can help me.please

   i can acces per webftp but not per ftp with WS_FTP LE howcome?

    Same problem about 1 month ago i had no problem logging in via ftp but now i can't anymore here in Canada. I have a belgian friend who has no problem at all. What happened ??? Anyone can help please ? Thanks in advance ;-)
